Methods    

Validated, high quality clinical evidence is distilled from the following sources:

  • Evidence-Based Dentistry Journal
  • The Cochrane Library
  • NICE (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence)
  • SIGN (Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network)
Two lay individuals, followed by two oral health professionals trained in EBD, review and distill the information.
